The Family Support Center - The Young Parent Support Center
- Baltimore County residents are provided psycho-social and residential supports through the support centers
- 83 food stamp recipients who were served in the “Making It Work” employment program.
Homeless Service Projects include
- Project Mainstay provides intensive case management to clients for up to one year after funds are provided to end homelessness for a family
- Ex-Offender Housing Project provides eviction prevention services to offenders at the Baltimore County Detention Center and/or their families at risk of homelessness due to the incarceration of their family member.
Health Care for the Homeless
- Provides case management services to homeless individuals at the Eastern Family Resource Center health clinic.
Volunteer Office
- Provides tangible resources
- Distributes donations directly to clients
- 107 volunteers who donated 2,375 hours in FY’10. (volunteer time is equivalent to one and a half full time positions)
- Mom’s Network responds to young mothers needing equipment and furniture for their infants and toddlers.
