• The Services Division of the CCDSS provides direct social work services to the citizens of Caroline County; children, families, non-aged adults, and the elderly over the age of 65.
• Our staff of social workers and associates is dedicated to offering assistance to clients that will enhance their independent functioning in safe and healthy environments.
• There has been a significant change in the increasingly critical nature of the needs of our targeted population.
• The growing number of our aged population has challenged us to create new and expanded ways to assist the elderly in maintaining their independence for as long as possible.
• Child Protective Services families are demonstrating a greater complexity of issues including those requiring more intensive clinical intervention.
