BOSE Cases Originate by:

  1. Applications received from custodial or non-custodial parents ($25 application fee.)
  2. Referrals from FIA for children receiving TCA (Temporary Cash Assistance.)
  3. Transmittals from other states to request establishment and/or enforcement of support orders.
  4. Private attorney orders made payable through BOSE.
  5. Referrals from Foster Care and the Department of Juvenile Justice.

  3. Establishing Court Orders for Child & Medical Support
  4. Enforcement of Child & Medical Support Orders

  6. Collection & Distribution of Support Payments

BOSE DOES NOT:

  1. Monitor the way custodial parents spend Child Support payments
  2. Child Abuse or Neglect
  3. Litigate child custody & visitation issues
  4. Monitor the living arrangements of the custodial parent and children
