BOSE Cases Originate by:
- Applications received from custodial or non-custodial parents ($25 application fee.)
- Referrals from FIA for children receiving TCA (Temporary Cash
Assistance.)
- Transmittals from other states to request establishment and/or
enforcement of support orders.
- Private attorney orders made payable through BOSE.
- Referrals from Foster Care and the Department of Juvenile Justice.

- Monitor the way custodial parents spend Child Support payments

- Monitor the living arrangements of the custodial parent and children
