Contacting the Child Support Division:
You can obtain information about your Child Support case by calling our interactive voice
response (telephone) system. The Child Support Interactive Voice Response System will
provide payment and other Child Support information from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through
Friday and on most Saturdays, The service is not available on state holidays. To use the
system you must have your 9 digit Child Support Case Number. You can find the Child Support
Case Number on your check.
