Healthy Marriage/ Parents as Partners Program

Program Available in: Caroline County.

The Parents as Partners Program increases family self-sufficiency and positive parental involvement in children's lives by providing families with services in the following three areas:

1) increasing parental involvement and nurturing of mothers and fathers through relationship and parenting skills development and mediation:

2) assisting with barriers to financial and emotional responsibility through employment development, life skills and other counseling services, including mediation; and,

3) promoting and increasing the payment of child support through job placement and retention assistance.
