Our mission is to support and enable local departments
of social services, in cooperation with community partners, to employ strategies to
prevent child abuse and neglect, protect vulnerable children, support family stability
and promote customer independence.
Our programs are State supervised and State administered.
All services are provided through twenty-four local departments of social services in
